Common Health Habits We Should Not Neglect

We all have heard the saying which says "health is wealth". But have you ever thought about what the context of that statement actually means?


In our society today, we are exposed to different varieties of health hazards in which we brought upon ourselves every day as a result of us in search of greener pasture and also those that can be found in our homes. Some of these health hazards include Phthalates which are found mostly in Flooring, Shower Curtains etc, Lead which are found in old pipes,some new brass etc, Mercury which can be found in canned seafood that are winds up in the environment from industrial sources and so on, Exhausted fumes from cars in which we are all exposed to, Fumes from smoking to name a few.


 Here are some common health habit we should try to incorporate into our daily plan in order to ensure better health for all 


   1.Physical Activity(fitness).
   2. Brushing twice daily.
   3.Washing our hands at least four times daily
   4. Having a good sleeping habit.
   5. Try as much as possible to consume enough water.
   6. Make it a habit to consume a balanced diet.
   7. Visit medical practitioners for a medical checkup.
   8. Avoid unnecessary consumption of sweet food.
   9. Avoid smoking as it dangerous to you, your health and the people around you.
  10. Avoid inserting your gadgets such as phones or any gadgets that as the tendency of emitting radiation inside the upper pocket of T-shirt or the pocket of your trousers.
  



     There are also some habits we should emulate which are beneficial to health

11. Always surround yourself with positive vibes because it helps with the state of your mind.
12. Exhibit a forgiveness healthy lifestyle because it helps to reduce stress, anger and tension.
13. Always find some time to relax after such a long and stressful working week.
14. Try something new such as changing one perspective of something, try a new routine as to the way you view that particular thing.
15. No matter what the situation is always Laugh Laugh Laugh, it helps reduce stress, migraine and so on.

 Remember to stay healthy because health is wealth
